A bit about you- You have strong skills in UI/UX design, with a proven track record of creating user-friendly, intuitive interfaces for complex systems.
- You’re passionate about understanding user needs and turning them into compelling design solutions.
- You excel in both visual design and user experience, with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
- You are an independent and self-driven designer, capable of taking ownership of projects from concept to completion.
- You enjoy working in a collaborative environment and can effectively communicate your ideas to your colleagues
- You are adaptable, open to feedback, and continuously seeking to improve your skills and knowledge.
- Extensive experience in UI/UX design, preferably for management or enterprise software.
- Proficiency in the design tool Figma.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
- Experience with wireframing, prototyping, and user testing.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
- Ability to create responsive designs that work seamlessly across various devices.
- It is an advantage to have some knowledge of backend as well
